#
Down sleeping bag warm to 20 degrees F, (or you can rent one in Kathmandu)
# Down jacket and fleece jacket.
# Duffel bag without a frame (for porters to carry)
# Small daypack
# back pack (50 liters)
# Jeans or slacks
# Underwear
# Gloves or mittens
# Trekking shoes either boots or strong tennis shoes.
# Sweater, wool shirt
# Hats, one with a brim for sun; one wool for cold weather.
# Shorts
# Water bottle  1 liter (two)
# Headlamp w/spare bulb
# T-shirts and one long sleeve shirt.
# Sunglasses: 100%UV protection. It is important to have a spare pair of sunglasses
# Socks
# Towel
# Slippers for campsite wear.
# Sunscreen: SPF 30 or higher.
# Lip screen: SPF 30 or higher.
# Picket knife ( packed in your checked baggage to avoid hassles with airport security).
# Rainwear ( poncho)
# Trekking pole (if you have knees problem).
# City Clothes for Kathmandu: Casual, one or two changes. Kathmandu is warm in the daytime, cool in the evenings.  If you stay in Bangkok it is hot and tropical.
# Small Padlocks: for locking duffel bags
# Book's
# Camera / Video Camera/ Film w/ extra batteries
 If you bring a digital camera, bring extra media storage cards. You will take lots of photos!

PEAK CLIMBING EQUIPMENT

Climbing Boot:  Koflach, Scarpa.
# Ice Axe: General mountaineering axe. 
# Crampons
# Harness: Alpine style, you should not have to step through leg loops to put it on and off. It should be lightweight and fully adjustable.
# Carabineers: 2 large locking “pear” shaped, 6 regular mountaineering carabineers
# Prussik Cord: 20 feet of 6mm  which is also known as static accessory cord.
 (don’t cut it, bring in one piece)
# Ascenders: 1 left or right hand orientation does not matter.
# Rappel device: Figure 8,
# Gaiters w/reinforced lowers
# Helmet
# Show goggles ( ski goggles)
# Thermos 1 litter. ( keep a drinking water hot)
# Gloves for climbing - Down & Gore-Tex

MEDICAL & PERSONAL
# Toiletry Kit: toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, alcohol-based anti-bacterial hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial soap, comb/brush, shave kit, lighter, small long-burning candle, needle/thread, throat lozenges (bring travel size bottles to keep you kit small)
# First Aid Kit: Ibuprofen/aspirin, assorted band-aids, moleskin, little of hydrogen peroxide, Neosporin-type suave, small gauze pad, roll of adhesive tape, tweezers, safety pins, small bottle of water purification tablets. Include any prescription travel meds that might prescribed by your doctor.
# Ear plugs: Very useful in noisy lodges and tents.
# Water Purification Tablets: Such as Potable Aqua brand iodine tablets. You will be given plenty of purified water during your trek and climb, but one bottle of backup purification tablets is always a good idea for your travels. They are especially useful in hotels on you way to Nepal. You should not drink untreated tap water anywhere in Asia and bottled water in some rare cases might not be available.

This list is suitable for only Trekking and peak climbing. you can wash clothes during the trek.

We expect the climbers to bring their own Ice axes, Crampons Harness, Carabineers, Helmet, Climbing boots, though we provide some of the necessary camping equipment

The weight limit on treks and domestic flights is 15 kg (33 pounds) please make an effort to keep your baggage within this weight limit.

All of these items are available for rent or sale in Kathmandu, Nepal.
